Thursday 7-8-10

Snack: (Pre WOD)
1 tsp. almond butter. 1/4c. blueberries 
(Post WOD).
1 Boiled egg. 1 Paleo Muffin.
3hrs later-1 AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake (24g protein) w/2 tsp. almond butter
Lunch:
3 oz. turkey deli meat. 1/2c. left over sauteed veggies.
Snack:
1 oz. Terra Chips.
Dinner:
6 oz. baked tilapia. 2c. sauteed veggies (sauteed in EVOO). 2 Tbsp. avocado.
Snack:
1 Tbsp. peanut butter

WOD:
"Tom Green" - 1-10 SDLHP & 10-1 Thrusters (65#).
Time 10:48.

CFE WOD: 800m warm up.
