1 EAS Protein Drink (17g protein). 1 boiled egg. pistachios. 6 cashews.
Lunch:
3 oz. pork, 1/4c. roasted veggies
Snack:
1 c. mixed fruit. 1/4 Clif Bar.
Dinner:
7 oz. ground extra lean beef. sauteed cabbage, squash, broccoli. 2 Tbsp. avocado. 1 almond flour tortilla. 5 blue corn tortilla chips.
WOD:
1 Mile Run.
